2025 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Australian Kart Masters honouring Ian Brown, a celebration held during the King's birthday long weekend in June at the Coffs Harbour Kart Racing Club in New South Wales.
The events name change is a tribute to the unwavering commitment of one of our longest-serving volunteers, Ian Brown. This renaming is a fitting recognition of his relentless efforts to ensure the event thrives year after year.
It is a true privilege to honour Ian by naming this event after him, acknowledging all he has done to keep it running consistently and his dedication to the club!
The Australian Kart Masters honouring Ian Brown, is an event that Brownie passionately worked to elevate into a National Event for seasoned drivers aged 40 and above. Competitors vie for the prestigious National grey plate in their respective classes.
Ian was the epitome of integrity; he was deeply connected to the go-kart track, and his contributions to the club were extraordinary—this is his enduring legacy.
At the event, everyone feels like family; friendships flourish, and while the racing is intense, the camaraderie continues with beers and laughter afterward—it's all about good times.
Mark your calendars for this annual event and prepare for a weekend filled with laps and enjoyment. Our track is fantastic, offering a thrilling driving experience and a wonderful social getaway.
